What is a Tech Stack Strategy?
With dozens of AI tools on the market, choosing the right ones is increasingly complex and consequential. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for most organizations. We help you evaluate the tech stack landscape, match tools to your specific needs and infrastructure, and build a vendor strategy that keeps you flexible and in control over time.
What is the Use Case Factory?
Use Case Factory is a structured workshop process that helps your organization systematically identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases. It brings together ideas from across the organization, clusters them by type such as AI assistants, workflow automation, or agentic systems, and then assesses feasibility and value potential. From there, we select the most promising candidates for an initial implementation phase and define the governance needed for a safe rollout and scaling.
Do you help with AI governance and compliance?
Yes. As part of our strategic consulting, we help organizations develop governance frameworks for AI, covering data usage policies, role-based access, alignment with the EU AI Act, and internal communication around AI adoption and ethics. Do note, however, that while we can support you in what a sensible, strategically sound policy for your organization should look like, we are not lawyers and cannot write you the legally valid documents. Should you not have legal experts in your network, we can connect you with our partners.
