Because sustainable AI adoption is a continuous change process, not a one-time event or single training. None of our programs are primarily traditional trainings. Instead, we always work directly on your teams’ real use cases to provide immediate value.

Kambria’s Enablement programs are designed for all knowledge levels, from AI beginners to experienced teams. They are typically tailored for leadership and C-Suite (strategy and decision-making), internal AI pioneers and key users (deeper capability and rollout support), and all employees (AI literacy and safe daily use). No prior AI experience is required, the program meets teams where they are and builds from there.

Kambria's AI Onboarding program is a structured introduction we typically run when deploying AI in your organization. It ensures that employees don't just get access to AI, but also understand how to use it safely, effectively, and in a way that's relevant to their specific role. The goal is to build broad, organization-wide AI confidence and give every employee the foundation they need to start experimenting and developing their own AI intuition.

The AI Pioneer Program is a structured, multi-week program designed for up to 12 executives, leaders or internal AI drivers who will serve as the internal driving force behind your organization's AI transformation. With a time commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per week, participants develop deep AI expertise, from strategy development and use case design to hands-on implementation and change management within their teams.

The goal is to create a group of capable internal experts who don't just understand AI, but actively shape how it is adopted and scaled across your organization. They become the multipliers who bring their colleagues along, identify new opportunities, and ensure that AI becomes a lasting, deeply embedded capability.

Our Office Hours are regular, facilitated sessions where employees can bring their questions, challenges, and ideas around AI and other digital challenges, creating a space for continuous learning and peer exchange. Often we provide some centralized input, such as a “Use Case of the Month”, a current trend, or some insight relevant to your organization. It's one of the most effective formats for sustaining momentum after the initial rollout.

All Enablement programs are led and facilitated by Kambria’s expert consultants with expertise in AI use and organizational change. We’re generally open whether to host the programs on-site, off-site, or remotely.
